It is a Kyusu that separates the main body of the Kyusu and the tea strainer net.
Strain the tea as a whole and drain the remaining hot water completely.

Tokoname: One of Japan’s six ancient kilns, a town of pottery colored in history.
Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture, located on the west coast of the Chita Peninsula facing Ise Bay, is the gateway to Chubu Centrair International Airport, and is known nationwide as a city of pottery with a long and narrow terrain of 6km east-west and 16km north-south. Tokoname ware, which has a history of 1000 years, is one of the six ancient kilns in Japan.
